Randy Bridges
Randy has been a Human Resources Manager for the past 20 years of his professional career. Randy joined the HRROC Leadership Team in July 2024 as a Deputy Director and currently oversees the Department of Justice (DOJ-ATR), Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and the United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (USDA-ARS) teams at YRCI. Randy most currently served as Project Manager for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center working a consolidation of effort for Service Level Agreements across 13 Divisions and 4 Mission Agencies.
Prior to his current role, he was the Branch Manager for Workforce Operations within the FPAC Business Center. In this position Randy oversaw 175 personnel and his team was responsible for all hiring actions, benefits and pay, as well as all personnel processing actions within FPAC. Ensuring Federal Regulations are prominent in all human resource activities, he empowers team members to provide the highest level of customer service legally available.
Randy practices a constraints-based management philosophy ensuring any items preventing his team from functioning at the highest levels and engaging to unblock hurdles (constraints) for team members.
Born in Jackson Tennessee, Randy graduated from the American Military University earning both his master’s degree and bachelor's degree in leadership and human resources management. He began his career as a Human Resources Specialist with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). As he advanced through his career, he has held positions with the USDA, OPM, Department of the Air Force, Department of the Army, and the Social Security Administration.
